Brush Clearance Day

Saturday June 12th at Rockwood Women's Parking Lot
9am - 2:30pm

Brush Clearance Day saw a horde of volunteers, assisted by crews from Labor Ready, Jason from the Botanic Garden and eager homeowners and residents bring in a record 43 tons of brush (previous high 35 tons) to the Women's Club parking lot. Volunteers filled the dumpsters to the brim, and in the process reduced to some degree the wildfire threat here in Mission Canyon.
