Communities within San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties have chosen 3CE to be their primary electricity provider. All eligible electricity customers in these communities will begin service with 3CE throughout January 2021, with no action required.
Service Begins January 2021: Cities of Arroyo Grande, Del Rey Oaks, Grover Beach, Guadalupe, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, Santa Maria and Solvang and Unincorporated Northern Santa Barbara County – (PG&E Service Territory)
Service Begins October 2021: Cities of Carpinteria, Goleta and Unincorporated Southern Santa Barbara county will begin service in October 2021 (SCE Service Territory)
